On June 29, New York time, VF Corp., the parent company of Vans, The North Face and Timberland, stated that it is restructuring its Asian business and plans to establish a new position-President of Greater China this summer. This position will be responsible for VF's business in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Greater China accounts for approximately 65% of VF's overall business in the Asia-Pacific region, and is expected to grow to nearly 80% by fiscal year 2024.
