Prism Aims to Capitalize on Increasing Trends of Travel and Mobility

Prism, a London-based company, is preparing to open its first store this week in its home city. Starting with a small line of eyeglass frames, the five-year-old company has now expanded into a full resort wear line. Founder Anna Laub told Business of Fashion , “I think that we’ve come to a point where people travel all year round. And a lot of stores are realizing that and providing product all year round.

Prism’s new product offerings aim to satisfy the jet-set customer who is constantly traveling by offering season-less seasonal products that can be appropriate for a multitude of destinations. The young company has experienced tremendous growth recently, with turnover for 2013 up 75 percent from the year prior and a similar expected pattern for 2014.

Prism is stocked at several leading retailers, such as Opening Ceremony, Barneys New York, and Dover Street Market.
