Opening Ceremony unveils London store

American fashion Retailer Opening Ceremony unveiled its first shop in London, where the international atmoshphere of the Olympic Games serves as an inspiration for featuring an assorment of different designers from around the world.

oCThe retailer had a pop-up store in this city while the Olympic Games were takeing place, but finally the founders Humberto Leon and Carol Lim (Kenzo's creative directors) have the opportunity to have a permanent presence in this unvconventional city.

Some of the brands that customers can find in the store are Kenzo, Cristopher Kane, Proenza Schouler and Alexander Wang, in addition, the retailer also has a brand of its own for clothing and accessories, Opening Ceremony which frequently have collaboration collections with celebrities such as Chloe Sevigny or Kirsten Dunst.

The new store is located in the Convent Garden market district, and its interiors feature a furniture-based art installation named Tinker by the British designer Faye Toogood.
