Only The Brave can succeed!

Diesel's parent company name (Only The Brave) seems to be pretty well-chosen for a succeeding company in a critical economic environment like that we're living in since 2008.

Only The Brave, owner of Diesel, Diesel Black Gold and Maison Martin Margiela, has just published its financial reports, reporting a €1.36 billion consolidated turnover, growing 3.2% from 2010 to 2011.

The company, which also produces Vivienne Westwood, Viktor & Rolf, Dsquared2 and Marc Jacobs's collections under license, recorded a €52.3 million overall net profit, increasing by 35.1% from 2010.

The more consitent ammount of its €41 million investments is focused on retail channel's expansion, mainly in Russia, China and Brazil, aiming to increase its distributive presence worldwide, which now consists of around 600 stores, between flagship and department ones.
