Valentino S.p.A. concluded its 2023 financial year with an 8% increase in revenue, exceeding €1 billion. These results were achieved under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli, whose tenure shaped much of the brand's recent aesthetic successes.
Since then, the role of creative director has transitioned to Alessandro Michele, who was appointed in April 2024, marking the beginning of a fresh chapter for the brand. The growth in 2023 was underpinned by robust performances across various geographical regions and distribution channels, showcasing the brand’s adaptability and resilience. Key financial metrics indicate sustained improvement in operating income and net profitability, with results pointing to an upward trajectory for the luxury fashion house.

The consolidated revenue for 2023 marked a solid increase compared to the previous fiscal year. Operating income improved significantly, reaching almost €150 million, driven by a strategic focus on cost optimisation and efficiency improvements. Net profit saw a remarkable upswing of 15%, demonstrating the effectiveness of Valentino’s investments in digital transformation and customer engagement initiatives.
