Balenciaga
In December 2020, Balenciaga showed its pioneer interest in pet accessories by releasing the “I Love Pets” capsule collection featuring bags, hoodies, jewellery, and T-shirts for pets. The brand launched the Balenciaga Objects collection, comprising a black hood attached to an airplane neck pillow, coasters, stainless steel dog bowl, scent, pet wear, limited-edition items, and furniture, in November 2022.
Celine
Celine expanded its entire product offerings with a new line of dog accessories. This line, which debuted as a collection launched in 2022 as a tribute to Elvis, the pet dog of Hedi Slimane, was revamped for the 2023 holiday season. The collection showcases pyramid-embellished collars, crystallized and sequined waste bag holders, shearling toys, and leopard-patterned bowls. The items are made from fine leather and calfskin with the signature Triomphe logo. In 2024, the brand launched another collection of toy boxes, bowls, wicker kennels, collars, and waste bags.
Dolce & Gabbana
In August 2024, Dolce & Gabbana launched its first-ever dog perfume Fefé, named after the miniature poodle of co-founder Domenico Dolce. The fragrances cost $110 for a 100ml bottle with a 24-carat gold-plated paw print. It comes with a branded dog collar. In October 2021, the brand came up with a set of DG Leo-printed accessories like collars, harnesses, carry bags, etc., and clothes including knitwear for dogs.
Fendi
Fendi released its pet collection in 2021 with a lavishing selection of products including coats, leashes, poop bag holders, clothes, carry bags, and collars, all patterned in its signature FF logo inspired by its Fall-Winter 2021 collection. The pricing ranged from $290 to $2.960.
Giorgio Armani
In May 2024, Giorgio Armani launched its pet collection in partnership with Poldo Dog Couture. It featured a jumper, travel mat, collar, coat, harness, and leash, available in different colours, sizes, and fabrics. Again in November 2024, the duo dropped their winter pet collection, comprising virgin wool and cashmere jumpers priced at $470, collars and leashes ranging between $350 and $400, and travel accessories such as pinstripe virgin wool ($1.100) and dog bed ($1.450).
Gucci
Gucci unveiled its first-ever pet collection that caters to a broader range of uses in 2022 with accessories, apparel, and homeware. The collection was released with a retro-influenced campaign shot by Max Siedentopf. The pricing of the collection ranged from $180 (leather tag) to $7500 (dog bed). The other pieces include a silver cloche to cover the eating bowl of the pet ranging at $895. Moreover, the collection featured items that are made from recycled cotton, polyester, and Demetra.
Hermès
Hermes offers collections of handcrafted leather collars and leashes, eating bowls, clothes, pet blankets, travel accessories, and toys. One of its notable pieces is the dog bowl with the ‘Chaine d’Ancre’ motif, made from oak wood. It is constructed based on the barrel-making approach divided into two stainless steel bowls that can be detached. Hermes also features Natural Dog Shampoo and Conditioner for pets and Eperon d’Or Dog Bandana.
Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton keeps a constant focus on luxury fashion and accessories for pets with several collections such as Baxter - monogram-patterned leashes, pet carriers, and collars with the brand’s signature styles. In November 2024, the brand also launched a luxury dog leather kennel trunk/house and Pooch Bag designed by Pharrell Williams priced at €60.000 and $5.400 respectively, coinciding with Men’s SS25 Pre-Collection. The collection features menswear along with products for dogs such as dog neckties, sunglasses, dog houses, bowls, and poop-bag holders.
Moncler
In October 2017, Moncler dropped its first collection of vests for dogs in collaboration with Poldo Dog Couture. The vests were inspired by the men’s and women’s down jackets of the brand with pricing around €400. The duo collaborated again in November 2019 and November 2020 for a mini capsule collection of vests, down jackets, and raincoats for dogs. They came back again in the 2022 Fall-Winter season for a new collection of dog outerwear with prices ranging from $305 to $1.030.
Prada
Prada features pet accessories and clothes such as a pet collar, raincoat with hood, Re-nylon and Saffiano leather pet bag, fleece hoodie, pet collar, name tag, puffer coat with hood, leash, harness, sweater, travel blanket, and more. Even though the brand started creating pet products in 2020, a full-fledged pet accessories collection was launched in 2022, featuring products for cats and dogs such as leashes, collars, coats, and harnesses. Prada also tried embellishing its dog harness with satin and crystal studs.
Tiffany & Co.
Tiffany & Co. has designed its pet accessories such as leashes, collars, and sterling silver bowls made from premium materials and features the signature Tiffany Blue® colour. Each item has the same attention to detail and craftsmanship that can be seen in the label’s mainstream jewellery collection. As a result, the products will be both functional and stylish for the pets.
Versace
Versace went a one-step ahead by releasing a variety of collections in its signature colours and the iconic Medusa prints. The collections include clothing, harnesses, pet collars, leashes, waste bag holders, and more. The brand also offers pet waterproof raincoats with adjustable straps and the classic Medusa icon on the center, bowls, and pet beds. The whole collection gives a sense of extravagance and opulence. The prices of the products range from $200 to $2000.
