Ilan Elfassy, the creative director and founder launched Soia & Kyo in 2004. Soia&Kyo is a division of The APP Group, a family-run Montreal based company. We pride ourselves on being a strong supporter of local production and offer exclusive styles that are made in Canada. In its inception, our brand was most recognized for offering unique styling that featured oversized buttons, asymmetrical collars, wide belts and contrast trimmings. Over the years, Soia&Kyo has evolved in order to meet the needs of its growing clientele. In 2010, we introduced a secondary line for men with the commitment to bring the quality and features of European design to North America. From our youthful beginnings we presently reach a wide audience with our clean and modern tailoring. The collections for men and women integrate sophisticated looks and redefine sportswear with a strong focus on rich fabrics and subtle details. We offer a range of classic trenches, soft suede’s, urban leathers in addition to a variety of wools, downs and rainwear. S&K jackets are designed to be the perfect balance between fashion and comfort. Soia&Kyo stands for simple and refined design. The concept is to stay true to our effortless style.
