It time for another celebrity-fashion brand collaboration. After appearing in Adrianna Papell, L.L.C. Taylor's Spring 2012 campaign for the first time, Kate Hudson will be seen designing a capsule collection for the American brand, as well.
The collaboration will mark the stylish 33-year-old's first foray into fashion design.
Reports Women's Wear Daily that Hudson has just re-signed for another season as the face of retail chain Ann Taylor, and this time around, she's adding guest designer to that role.
Hudson also confirmed the news and said,"Working with Ann Taylor has been a great creative experience, and there is a really wonderful connection."
The actress will collaborate with Lisa Axelson, the brand's creative director, on a capsule collection for summer; to which the actress further added, "Ann Taylor is great at creating iconic wardrobe staples and updating them season after season. I love that Lisa Axelson is designing clothes for real women."
The looks will be inspired by Hudson's personal style.
