The Italian brand Gucci owned by PPR will unveil a campaign to raise funds and create awareness towards girl's and women's empowerment.
Is no the first time this fashion brand engage with girl's and women's issues, previously they had created a partnership with UNICEF during seven years in support of girl's education. In addition to it, the company gives two special women's film awards first one the Gucci Award for Wonmen in the Cinema with the Venice Film Festival and a second one Spotlighting Women Documentary Award with the Tribeca Film Institute. As a part of PPR group, the company participates in the Corporate Foundation for Women's Dignity and Rights where Creative Director Frida Giannini is a member of the Board.
This time Gucci will continue the path with the new campaign CHIME FOR CHANGE, and it will be oficially released during the TEDxWomen luncheon by Salma Hayek Pinault, who will be representing Frida Giannini and Beyonce Knowles-Carter. She will present a short film where she is the narrator and the soundtrack by Beyoncé, and in addition the first one of ten CHIME FOR CHANGE short films.
This new campaign will unite voices speaking for women from all over the world and will focus on: Education, Health and Justice, the campaing has as a partner Catapult, which is an organization that invites people frome all the world to support girls' and women's projects in a personalized, individual way.
