Converse Strategies to Gain Followers in Vine

The digital social platform Vine is a growing field that fashion brands and specially sport's brands are exploring. Such is the case of Converse, who partnership with Urban Outfitters in order to launch a contest where users submmited videos of their chucks with the hashtag #YourChucks, the price was brand's merchandise and a two-day paid trip to San Francisco.

Just in three weeks the campaign received 250 submissions and gained 30 new Vine followers a day. Since then, the American brand has been engaging fans on the platform by asking them participation and user-generated content.
