The Italian fashion company has just announced it is going to take direct control over its British distributive operations, across all its brands except for Armani Exchange, which will continue to be under Club 21's control as far as the US market.

The decision was taken in order to optimize all the operations and improve its efficiency in the retail sector.

That's why Giorgio Armani S.p.A. Group ended its twentythree-year collaboration with its Singapore-based distributive partner, which manages both the retail and wholesale channels of brands like Balenciaga, Dries Van Noten, Donna Karan, Marni, Mulberry and Jil Sander, besides Giorgio Armani S.p.A.'s.
