Activity

The Brand Activity indicates the official number of posts made by a brand in a given period.
The Users Activity indicates the total counting per type of engagement (comments, likes & shares) made by the fans, in a given period. It includes the reactions from previously published posts, as well.
The graphic below allows you to see the response and level of engagement of fans to the brand’s posts by likes, comments and shares, over the selected period.

Benchmarks

For the benchmarking, we compare the brand’s results related to: Market Segment and Core Business. We compute a benchmark for each figure of the brand and user’s activity, calculating the Market Average, the Best of the Market and the Comparison with the Market Average. The Market Average Benchmark shows the average posts published by all the brands included in that specific segment, during the analyzed time frame. The Best of the Market Benchmark represents the most active brand of the same segment in the selected time frame. The Comparison with the Market Average Benchmark points out the difference between the brand’s performance and the average of the market. As far as the Users’ Activity Benchmarks, the same approach is followed, focusing on fans’ comments, likes and shares.

Page Likes

Here you can see the amount of new Facebook users that liked the Brand's Page (commonly known as "fans") gained in the selected period. Furthermore the daily rate of growth is given, in terms of the brand’s increasing awareness and popularity amongst the Facebook users.
The graphic allows you to see the Trend in increasing Page Likes by the fans on the brand’s page, over the selected period.
In addition, you can see the Active Fans. This number allows you to grasp the average number of fans actively engaged on the brand’s page in a day. It's not only by liking, commenting or sharing a brand's post, but also by posting on the Page Wall, answering a question posted in the Page, responding to an event created, mentioning the Page, tagging the Page in a photo, checking-in at the Page’s location and by recommending the Page location.

Benchmarks

For benchmarking, we compare the brand’s results related to: Market Segment and Core Business. We compute the Active Fans Benchmark, calculating the Average of the Market, the Best of the Market and the Comparison with the Market Average. The Market Average Benchmark shows how many fans are engaging with the brands of the same segment, in the selected period, on an average. The Best of the market Benchmark points out how many active fans the most engaged-with brand of the segment had, in the analyzed time frame. The Comparison with the Market Average Benchmark points out the difference between the brand’s performance and the average of the market.

Impact

This data allows you to have an overview of the average reactions by fans made per action of the brand. Right under the figure, both the comparison with the previous period and the same period of the year before are provided.
